01Acceptance and beta status
By using Ring Rewards, you agree to these Terms.
Ring Rewards is currently in beta. Features, reward amounts, payout availability, and the ad experience may change as we improve the product.
02Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Ring Rewards.
Certain features, including withdrawals or payouts, may require additional eligibility requirements imposed by applicable law or third-party payment providers.
03How Ring Rewards works
You place calls through the app.
A short sponsored audio message may play on your device while your call is connecting. The person you call does not hear it, and we do not record your conversations.
Not every call includes sponsored audio.
You may earn a reward for eligible completed sponsored audio.
04Rewards
Rewards are subject to eligibility rules, earning limits, cooldowns, and fraud-prevention checks.
Reward amounts, eligibility, earning limits, and reward rules may change at any time. The current values that apply to you are shown in the app.
Rewards are promotional and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.
Rewards may appear as Pending before becoming Available.
We may withhold, adjust, or reverse rewards if we detect fraud, abuse, technical errors, duplicate activity, or policy violations.
Rewards have no guaranteed cash value until they are made available under the app's current rules.
05Payouts
Payout requests are submitted through the app.
Available payout methods may change over time, and during beta payouts may be processed manually.
The current minimum withdrawal amount and payout requirements are displayed within the app.
We do not guarantee any particular payout method or processing time.
06Acceptable use and prohibited conduct
You agree to use Ring Rewards only for genuine, personal calls, to provide accurate information during verification, and to comply with applicable laws.
You must NOT:
- Use automated systems, bots, scripts, or auto-dialers to place calls or earn rewards
- Create fake, duplicate, or multiple accounts
- Call your own numbers, or arrange calls among cooperating accounts, to generate rewards (self-calling)
- Farm, inflate, or manufacture reward activity
- Manipulate, skip, block, or falsify sponsored audio or advertisements
- Attempt to bypass or circumvent earning limits, cooldowns, caps, or fraud controls
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the app, backend, or reward system
- Attempt to interfere with, overload, probe, or test the security of the Ring Rewards platform
- Provide false information during phone or caller-ID verification
- Use the service in any fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful way
Violations may result in withheld or reversed rewards, and suspension or termination of your account.
07Calls and caller ID
Phone verification and caller-ID verification may be required to use the app.
Ring Rewards does not guarantee that every call will connect. Carrier, network, and third-party conditions may affect call completion or how your caller ID is displayed to the recipient.
Ring Rewards is not responsible for carrier charges or fees that may apply.
08Ads and offers
Sponsored messages and optional offer links may be shown in the app.
Advertiser offers are provided by the advertisers themselves. Ring Rewards is not responsible for third-party offer fulfillment, availability, pricing, or advertiser claims.
09No emergency calling
Ring Rewards is not an emergency service and must not be used for emergency calls.
For emergencies, use your device's native phone app or contact emergency services directly.
10Availability
Ring Rewards is currently offered primarily to users in the United States. Availability and supported calling destinations may change over time.
11Intellectual property
The Ring Rewards application, software, branding, trademarks, logos, audio systems, reward systems, and related intellectual property are owned by Ring Rewards or its licensors.
These Terms do not grant you ownership of any intellectual property or the right to copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit the Service except as expressly permitted.
12Account deletion and termination
You can delete your account at any time in the app: Settings → Delete Account. If you need help, you can contact support, but emailing support is not required to delete your account.
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraud or abuse, and we may withhold or reverse rewards associated with such activity.
13Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
14Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "last updated" date above. Continued use of Ring Rewards after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
